Theessink tour continues

Hans Theessink will perform in Austrian, Germany and Denmark as part of his current tour in the coming weeks.

The Vienna-based blues singer and guitarist is set to rock Vienna’s Konzerthaus on 21 February. Concerts in Hamburg (28 and 29 February) will follow. Theessink – who recently released "Jedermann Remixed - The Soundtrack" and "Homecooking" – is at the ready for 10 concerts in Denmark in March. Knud Moller will join him on stage in Roskilde, Arhus and other cities. Go to www.theessink.com for ticket information and further live dates.

The 18 songs on "Jedermann Remixed - The Soundtrack" deal with life, death and destiny. Theessink recorded the tracks – both cover versions and own tunes – after being asked to record the soundtrack for a documentary on annual performance of the play "Jedermann" at the Salzburg Festival (Salzburger Festspiele).

"Homecooking" consists of three CDs. While the first disc documents Theessink’s passion for blues, CD 2 could be considered as a best of compilation. The third disc of the superb production features 12 live tracks including favourite tunes of the Theessink’s fans like "Brand New Dawn" and "Zambezi".
