All American hot dog wagon in Vienna
Leonie Mayer-Rieckh and Matthias Hofer invented Hildegard Wurst – Vienna's first American Hot Dog wagon.
Having been bored by the local fast food offers, they established their innovative project Hildegard Wurst. Their mission is to promote the real American Hot Dog. Their first stop was the FM4 European Cup – Quartier in WUK.
They offer American Hot Dogs in all kinds of variations. The Frankfurter and soy sausage is eaten with a sauce, cheddar cheese, coleslaw, or pickles. Soon Chilli Dogs and turkey sausages will be added to the assortment. Their sausages, which are provided by Radatz, are not normally grilled, they are "steamed".
Their blazing red Piaggio Ape does not really remind of a typical Viennese "Würstelstand", also the "Würstelstandler" (the operators of the vehicle) look extraordinary. So check out their website in order to find out where they will be next. For those who cannot wait that long: You can rent Hildegard Wurst as well!

Exhibition Drawing Against Oblivion
