Bill Gates Porsche up for auction
A Porsche 911 belonging to Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates is to go under the hammer in Vienna, Austria, next month (June 2).
The 1979 pearlescent turquoise Turbo model - bought brand new just four years after Gates set up his fledgling software business in 1975 - is expected to sell for up to 50,000 Euros when it is auctioned at the Vienna Auction House Dorotheum.
Dorotheum Auction House says the car comes complete with letters to and from Microsoft and Porsche and the original Washington State USA registration documents.
